From Six To Twelve
Monika and I went on a ride today after work. It still wasn’t a long ride, only twelve total miles, but it was double our last ride. I imagine we will go on another one this weekend, weather permitting and it will probably be more like twenty.
I enjoyed our ride today but I can’t wait until it gets a little warmer. Some sunshine and a little warmth would be wonderful.
i bet it feels great! i know for me it does and i’m surprised how quickly my legs return…even at 41.
